  • TR5330 is a combo chip that integrates 2.4GHz Wi-Fi6, SLE and BLE. It integrates IEEE802.11b/g/n/ax baseband and RF circuits, including power amplifier (PA), low noise amplifier (LNA), RF balun, RF switch and power management module.
  • TR5330 supports SLE 1MHz/2MHz/4MHz bandwidth, SLE1.0 protocol, SLE gateway function, and maximum air interface rate of 12Mbps. TR5330 supports BLE 1MHz/2MHz bandwidth, BLE 4.0/4.1/4.2/5.0/5.1/5.2/5.4 protocol, BLE Mesh and BLE gateway function with maximum air interface rate of 2Mbps.
  • The TR5330 chip is divided into two versions: (1) TR5330S supports high-speed SDIO2.0 interface, with a maximum clock of 50MHz and provides 15 GPIO interfaces; (2) TR5330U supports USB2.0 interface, with a maximum rate of 480Mbps, and provides 2 UARTs and 14 GPIO interfaces. The TR5330 chip integrates a high-performance 32-bit microprocessor and a security processing engine; as a slave chip, it is mounted on the host, MCU or SoC through the SDIO or USB interface, runs and supports the Linux operating system, and provides an open development environment for IP Cameras, driving recorders, smart machines, smart TVs, sweeping robots, drones and other IoT smart terminal fields.
