1. Master's degree in microelectronics, electronic engineering, integrated circuit design and related majors, more than two years of work experience;
2. Technical ability: solid digital circuit design and analog circuit design capabilities;
3. Familiar with EDA tools: such as Cadence, Synopsys, etc., able to perform design simulation, verification, layout and routing;
4. Familiar with MCU architecture design principles and methods, those with MCU design experience are preferred.
