1. Master's degree in microelectronics, electronic engineering, integrated circuit design and related majors, more than two years of work experience;
2. Technical ability: solid digital circuit design and analog circuit design capabilities;
3. Familiar with EDA tools: such as Cadence, Synopsys, etc., able to perform design simulation, verification, layout and routing;
4. Familiar with MCU architecture design principles and methods, those with MCU design experience are preferred.
1. Master degree or above, major in microelectronics, more than three years of IC design experience, especially rich practical experience in ADC design;
2. Familiar with or understand at least one of the following circuits: LNA, PA, MIXER, PLL, FILTER, PGA, ADC, DAC, PMU, XTAL and other modules;
3. In-depth understanding of SD-ADC and SAR-ADC: in-depth understanding of SD (successive approximation) and SAR (gradual approximation) ADCs, able to make system budgets, and balance and compromise between various indicators;
4. Familiar with the entire chip design process and tape-out process; having successful tape-out experience of related ADC chips is preferred.

2. More than three years of experience in embedded software development;
